This year the hotel’s proprietors undertook an extensive refurbishment of the property including an investment in changing their existing property management system, various vendors were vetted during this process before the hotel management selected RoomMaster as their preferred option. Because of the strong integration with RoomMaster the hotel choose ICR Touch point of sale for its 3 busy public bars. The hotel’s management team were impressed by the cloud back office suite from ICR allowing for real time sales information.
